Can I have a sample before I bulk buy? If you want to view the look of your mugs before you commit to a bulk order we suggest you purchase a single mug. We are confident that you will be suitably impressed.
Will you design the mugs for me? Yes. We offer a full design service on all bulk mug orders. Provide us with your photo, logo, design or wording and we will design what we feel will look best on your mugs. We will e-mail a mug template containing your design for you to proof read. Only when you are happy we will continue with your order.
What files can you use? We prefer JPEG but we can use most types of file including PDF, BITMAP and TIFF. Can my clients use CarlThomas.co.uk mugs? Yes. All our mugs are dishwasher friendly.
How can I pay for my order? We accept Cheque or Bacs Payments.
How long will my mugs take? Depending on the size of the order most orders can be met within 7 days. We have a dual header mug press which doubles our capacity to meet deadlines on time.
